Please note that our online exchange & return policy is slightly different than our in-store exchange-return policy.

 

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY:

JEWELRY ITEMS

You may exchange a jewelry piece that is the wrong size for another of the same style within 15 days after receiving the item. Purchaser agrees to cover the cost of shipping back to our warehouse and for the exchange to be shipped back to him. 
Failure to provide the item back in its original Kemmi Collection branded packaging will result in a repackaging fee of $6. Do not send back items before receiving our authorization. For all exchanges, items must be unscratched, unscuffed, and otherwise undamaged.

We are not held responsible if the package you send back to us gets lost, as this is out of our control, therefore, we suggest you send back your package insured with a tracking number. If your requested size is not in stock we will ship it at the earliest moment. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued. By purchasing from this site you agree to our Terms of Service and Return Policy.

Note that we do not cover custom and duties for any international packages (outside of Canada) sent back to our warehouse. Client has to make sure the the custom & duties are pre-paid before shipping out the package.

IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY:

Items purchased at our flagship store (3688 A Boul. St-Laurent, Montreal) are exchangeable, non-refundable and can be returned as a store credit within 1 week from date of purchase (store credits have no expirations dates). For all exchanges, items must be unscratched, unscuffed, and otherwise undamaged.

Please note that all sales are final on our lingerie collection due to nature of the product (hygiene). 

Please note that all items purchased at our store can only be exchanged and returned in store. 


3 MONTHS JEWELRY WARRANTY:

We offer 3 months warranty on our jewelry pieces. To begin an exchange please email service@kemmicollection.com with your order #, photos and your request. Our customer service department will determine if the item has a defect or if the item was damaged. If the item has a defect, we will repair it free of charge or replace it with a new one. If the item was damaged, we will look at it and get back to you with a repair quote. Most repairs are minor and usually cost around cad$15.00.
In all scenarios above, purchaser agrees to cover the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse and for the exchange to be shipped back to him.

After 3 months, your jewelry piece(s) will not be under warranty anymore. If you have damaged your jewelry and wish to repair it, please e-mail service@kemmicollection.com with your order #, photo and request. We will look at it and get back to you with a repair quote. Most repairs are minor and usually cost around cad$15.00.

 

ONLINE SHIPPING POLICY:

Upon confirmation of payment your item will be processed for shipment within 24-48 hours. Average North American shipping time is 2-10 business days. For international shipments, expect a 3-14 business day delivery time. Kemmi Collection Canada Inc. will not be held responsible for lost goods if an incorrect shipping address is provided.
