Online orders picked up in stores (local pick ups) fall under the in-store exchange & return policy. The policy begins on the day it gets picked up. 
At the time of the exchange, please share with our stylists that your order was a local pick up order.

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY:

JEWELRY ITEMS

You may exchange or receive a store credit within 15 days after receiving your order. Purchaser agrees to cover the cost of shipping back to our warehouse and for the exchange to be shipped back to him. 

For international orders: we do not cover custom and duties for any international packages (outside of Canada) sent back to our warehouse. Client has to make sure the customs & duties are pre-paid before shipping out the package.

For all exchanges, item(s) must be in the original condition, meaning unscratched and undamaged.

Failure to provide the item back in its original Kemmi branded packaging will result in a repackaging fee of $6. If the item(s) was originally shipped to you in a jewelry box and pouch and you wish to do an exchange, you must ship back the item(s) with the jewelry box and pouch to protect the jewelry piece(s) from being damaged during the shipment. If you ship back the item(s) without the original jewelry box and the item(s) arrives damaged at our store, then you will not be eligible for an exchange. In this case, the item will be shipped back to you at your own cost. 

Do not send back items before receiving our authorization or your item will be refused and sent back at your own expense. 

We are not held responsible if the package you send back to us gets lost, as this is out of our control, therefore, we suggest you send back your package insured with a tracking number. If your requested size is not in stock we will ship it at the earliest moment. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued. By purchasing from this site you agree to our Terms of Service and Return Policy.

LINGERIE ITEMS

You may exchange a lingerie item that is the wrong size for another of the same style within 3 days after receiving the item. Purchaser agrees to cover the cost of shipping back to the warehouse and for the exchange to be shipped back to him. 

Failure to provide the item back in its original Kemmi Collection branded packaging will result in a repackaging fee of $6. Do not send back items before receiving our authorization or your item will be refused and sent back at your own expens. For all exchanges, items must be in their initial condition, undamaged, including labels and tags.

We are not held responsible if the package you send back to us gets lost, as this is out of our control, therefore, we suggest you send back your package insured with a tracking number. IN-STORE EXCHANGE POLICY:

Items purchased at our physical store are final sale, non refundable.
However, you may exchange or receive a store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase. The item(s) must be unworn, in its original condition. 

Please note that all sales are final on our lingerie collection due to nature of the product (hygiene).

3 MONTHS JEWELRY WARRANTY:

We offer 3 months warranty on our jewelry pieces. To begin an exchange please email service@kemmicollection.com with your order #, photos and your request. Our customer service department will determine if the item has a defect or if the item was damaged. If the item has a defect, we will repair it free of charge or replace it with a new one. If the item was damaged, we will look at it and get back to you with a repair quote. Most repairs are minor and usually cost around cad$15.00.
In all scenarios above, purchaser agrees to cover the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse and for the exchange to be shipped back to him.

After 3 months, your jewelry piece(s) will not be under warranty anymore. If you have damaged your jewelry and wish to repair it, please e-mail service@kemmicollection.com with your order #, photo and request. We will look at it and get back to you with a repair quote. Most repairs are minor and usually cost around cad$15.00.

CHAINS ARE NOT UNDER WARRANTY: necklaces chains and bracelet chains are not under warranty.

OXIDIZED JEWELRY ITEMS ARE NOT DEFECT ITEMS: Jewelry tarnish is caused when the surface of the metal comes into contact with body oils, makeup, sulfur, sweat, perfumes, deodorants, lotions, and other external substances. Tarnish varies from looking slightly dull to totally black, depending on the metal and how you wear and care for your jewelry.

WE DO NOT COVER JEWELRY LOSS:
If for any reason you feel your jewelry has a defect or was damaged in some ways, and you are worried it could get lost while you wear it, please avoid wearing that piece of jewelry and contact us to request a repair job. We are not responsible for any loss or theft of jewelry.
